I have no control over the layout :-) Yep, I did the CS3 and CS4 revisions for this thing. It was a labor of love, but I didn't understand the airy template. Guess it's supposed to be visually relaxing, to soothe you if you work in a stressful prepress department (like there's any other kind). And in its past printed incarnations, it was one-sided, so the layout sort of made sense. Anyhow, hope it makes the world safe for print. Hey, I just write it. I have no control over the layout :-)

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Pity they couldn't the folios correct side on the verso and recto :) Anyway, thanks for the links and I'm sure once I print and bind this it will be just as valuable as any other book I have.
