		<description>In CS2, when you couldn't apply character styles to bullets, one of the things we did was to add an invisible character (such as a discretionary hyphen) as the first character in a list in order to change formatting of the bullets. 
Since the bullets picked up the attributes of the first character, this allowed us to change things like the bullet's baseline, or keep it from picking up character style attributes from the text (bold run-ins, etc).</description>
