So you can use Adobe Edge or <a href="http://indesignsecrets.com/from-indesign-to-html5-via-flash.php" rel="nofollow">Wallaby</a> -- both are beta, though I'm not sure Wallaby is even supported anymore. I have seen a lot of cool stuff with Edge, though (see labs.adobe.com). But the short version is that it is very hard to get the Animation features in InDesign into DPS.
