We have heard from several people saying that they have not received their confirmation emails when trying to sign up as a new member… or that it takes a very long time to receive them. However, these problems almost always have to do with one of two things:
- The confirmation email has gotten caught in a spam filter. Make sure that indesignsecrets.com is in your "not spam!" rules; or
- Your mail server (or some other server along the long chain that delivers mail from us to you) is holding it up for some reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot control either of those things. My guess is that if you use an email service like gmail or yahoo, the email should appear in under a minute. But corporate email accounts are often slower.
