I wound up converting all bullets to text upon exporting to ePub. And later on I did so with my ordered lists as well. I could not use my fancy bullet glyph but needed to pick either the black circle or other "recognized" bullets in my bullet dialogue panel. When using the fancy one it came across as the right parens ) . I don't know if that would apply to all fancy bullets or if each one would come across wrong with it's own wrong symbol.
Just in case anyone wanted to know what I did.
I guess the bullet choices are in the export dialogue box for a reason…..
