Do we know if CS5.5 is compatible with CS5 plugins, e.g., Teacup's BarCodeMaker, Sonar Bookends Index and so on?

That's a great question! Actually, no, I don't know about compatibility. Let's see if we can get some folks to chime in on that.

I have heard that Teacup's plug-ins are not compatible yet, but will be very soon. Virginia Systems says their plug-ins should work fine with 5.5. And DTPtools (makers of Blatner Tools, blatnertools.com) say their plug-ins should work fine with 5.5.

Recosoft just tweeted: "We're going to be releasing a PDF2ID v3.0.1 update that brings compatibility with ID CS5.5 in a few weeks."

And Teacup kindly emailed me to say that BarCodeMaker is compatible with CS5.5, even though they haven't announced it (yet).
