Our team creates eZines with InDesign (CS5) and publishes to PDF files. We want hyperlinks within the eZine to open in a new browser window or tab.
This is not an issue if the PDF is downloaded and opened with Acrobat Reader, but browsers that use a plugin to display the content will load web pages into the same window that the PDF is in the window.
I almost came up with a workaround using pdfmarks to run a javascript, but it doesn't work with all browsers.
