In almost every case, the reason people don’t get their subscription emails is due to some kind of spam filter, or their email address changing. We all know that email is tricky sometimes. However, you should be able to go to indesignmag.com and sign in there and download the issues manually.

Hum… I almost forgot about this. I haven’t gotten the latest issues either. And I’m pretty sure the e-mails haven’t been blocked by the spam filter…

Hi Coal Cracker,

We just checked your subscription, and it has not run out — you have one more issue left. And believe me, when subscriptions expire, we definitely send several emails with renewal invitations.

I think the problem here is a spam filter that, at some point in the journey from our server to your inbox, intercepted the messages with the issue download information.

Apparently my subscription ran out and no one contacted me about a renewal. I even sent them an e-mail and asked. No response.

Now I’m going to wait until CS5 comes out.

Strange way to run a magazine.
