Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom, moved the referenced software -and- changed the install instructions from those which Adobe provided. The new URL is <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=AD6158D7-DDBA-416A-9109-07607425A815&displaylang=en" target="_blank">found here</a> and the install instructions are simply to run the included "idndl.x86.exe" installer found in the "Microsoft IDN Mitigation APIs\Redist" directory.
