Kamal, our blog is about InDesign, not Photoshop. You might check out photoshoptechniques.com or photoshopcafe.com. You can also find specialized software and services for your need if you do a web search for "photoshop screen printing."

Woz, artwork for clients will look different if he chooses different technique printing, paperstock, the printer changes from fim to CTP or any of a variety of reasons. Using Lab values ensures that work will be as consistent as is technically possible, now and for all time to come :)

I've been using Illustrator and Quark and have recently made the switch to InDesign. I'm glad I finally got the guts to make the switch because it's pretty easy to work with.

I was having some difficulty with spot colors. Mainly , how to even get them since I'm so new at this software. Thanks for the great advice.

Just a little warning: Artwork for a client will look different compared to old artwork if you start using Lab for your 'Pantone to CMYK' translations.

Just a little note : "Use Standard Lab Values for Spots" is a feature implemented in Photoshop since CS1.
