It&#039;s such a pain to forget to check (I always uncheck it when I first place a file) the &quot;replace selected item&quot;, having to cancel the place and re-do the file selection process, especially when it&#039;s multiple pages of a PDF.

By the way, is there a way to have that &quot;replace selected item&quot; unchecked by default?</description>
