      I have used InCopy for many years without problems. Now a new person is going to enter correx in InCopy at a remote location. She can see the changes I make, but the changes she is making don’t show up on my version. We are using Dropbox. I never see the yellow exclamation point that I need to update. I’m in CS6, she’s in the Cloud version. What’s wrong?

      You all need to use the same version … you need InDesign CC.

      There’s also a latency that occurs when using DropBox. You need to make sure that the files have synced prior to attempting to check out the story.
