Hello,
I’m a novice Indesign user and fairly new to DPS. I’m working on creating an “app” for an office project and I want the buttons to move when they are clicked. This will be exported and used via a touchscreen monitor. Basically, as you “depress” the button I’d like it to look like it “depresses” and then when released return to it’s “rest” state before the action is taken…. sort of like the membership button changes at the top of this page. Can I do this with Button Appearance states or with an animation? Can anyone point me in the direction of any articles that address this? Thanks for the help!
Can you tell us how it is being exported? Is it going out to the DPS or will it be HTML? Basically you would achieve it with Rollover States in the Button settings but they dont work for all outputs so it depends what you will be exporting to.
