Hi there
I publish an e-zine in Interactive pdf format. One of the articles I’m writing has a White Paper which I sourced, but would like to make available (with the author’s blessing) to our readers. I would like to have this paper as a clickable link or a thumbnail that will open as a separate file on the users device. Is this possible? I want to embed the file in the document. I know how to link the file to my dropbox, but I don’t want to keep it there permanently. Any suggestions on how I can do this? If this is already addressed in another thread, would you please reply with that link?
Thanks so much,
Kerry
Why not putting the pdf in your document, that way it’s in the e-zine, but it wil be static (no updating possible)? If you keep it stored elsewhere, you will have to keep it as long as the e-zine exists.
That’s exactly what I want to do, but I don’t know how.I do not want to store it. It’s a multiple page pdf, but I don’t want to have it fully visible in the e-zine, just a link that will allow people to open it if they want further information. The author of the White Paper would like this.
