What’s the best starting point to understand how to build HTML panels that interact with ExtendScript to be able to give a better UI to the scripts?

This was a big part of The Creative Developers Summit in Chicago a few weeks ago, yes? I hope that Adobe will make some of those instructions easily available.
You are right, Olav made a good speech about that, now I need something more basic to start…
