Why is my link pallet suddenly empty in InDesign (cc)? I have many images and they are are all still linked. This is the case in all my inDesign pubs. I’m pretty sure it happened when I got a new hard drive (like 2wks ago) but all my Adobe software was deactivated from the old pc & cc was downloaded to the new. So I have no preferences/profile to delete/reset (it is all default-yuck). I found no settings in preferences to turn on/off. I’ve reset my workspace and tried other default workspaces but to no avail…. Has anyone else seen anything like this? Please help?? I rely heavily on this pallet as my end-all-be-all for link detail.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a new computer, new hard drive, new instalation of the software, preferences can become corrupt at any time.

If that doesn’t work then consider exporting your file to IDML and then open that.
