Are those black dots real objects on the page? If not, then maybe something is corrupted in your document and you should try to export the document as IDML and then open the IDML file.

Hi David,
There are no objects, only showing in Pages Panel. Here what I see in the master page (note the thick lines):

Very odd. Is this a truly facing-pages document? Or could it be a single-sided document that has been changed to have mast pages with 2 page spreads? If you select File > Document Setup, is “Facing Pages” turned on?

Yes, it’s 2 page spreads document, I have been working with the same file for more than 1 Year, this is new issue…
The strange thing that I have 12 Master Pages and half of them looking fine.
If I convert the file to IDML then save it to new Indesign file, will I lose something? I already convert it and I don’t see the issue anymore but the file is loading slower now (it’s big file). Thanks & Regards,

It is possible that you will lose something when you export to IDML, but it is not likely. It is usually safe.
After you open the IDML file once, then you can save as a normal INDD (indesign document) and it should be fast again. -

What do you mean by “something”, where I have to look to see if it’s as the original file, because the file has many details and it’s difficult to track it all…
Thanks David

IDML was built as a way to “downsave” to earlier versions of InDesign. It is very robust, but you should always proofread your document after doing it. It literally recreates your document, so it often gets rid of document corruption and weirdness (like the kind you’re experiencing)
