Hi there
I am working on an anthology of poetry and the authour has provided their own artwork jpeg for the motifs at the end of each poem. All the text lines are aligned to baseline grid, so the text is very much fixed in terms of spacing. I was hoping to do the same with the image, but because there are so many poems, rather than having to eye ball the positioning of each one i wondered if anyone here could suggest a way to place the motif consistently, in terms of space, at the end of each poem? You can see an example of what i would like to do here: https://postimg.org/image/d97x0rkit/
Thanks and best wishes.
I’d achieve that by using a Inline Anchored Object (place the object in the next para after the poem) which has a it’s Alignment set to Centre (option click the anchor icon), with whatever spacing before that you like. Then I’d create a new Objet Style that from that Anchored Object. All the motifs then get placed inline get that styling which, if you’ve done it correctly should then be the same.
Brilliant Caspian! Thank you! Much appreciated!
