Tagged: inDesign font select blocked
Hi everyone.
I have a problem whith fonts in inDesign. I can’t edit it, it seems to be a picture or to be blocked but I’m sure it is not blocked. After I export a pdf I can select the fonts in pdf normally. Besides the layer whit that title does’n have any shapes or paths or fonts in Layer Panel after expanding. have anyone had the same problem?
What are you doing to create the font/text in InDesign? Are you placing a pdf?
I have a file made by someone else, so I haven’t made it. After I export a pdf and open in illustrator I must choose Release a clipping mask and it works, but there are 650 pages, so I can’t change it one page after one. maybe in indesign is any option like Release Clipping Mask like in illustrator?
I don’t understand: Are you trying to edit the text in InDesign or Illustrator? What are you trying to change?
I have two layers: one with paragraphs and one with title plus some picture. When I switch a visibility on layers object in this layer dissapears. So they are there, but when i expand the layer with my title there are no objects, but still I can swith their visibility by layer which includes them. There is something that makes impossible to edit this object, I can’t even select them.
Here is screen with expanded layers. Layer whith paragraph is named layer2 and layer with title layer3.
