Reflowing of boxes on the page

Hi folks,
I am creating a comic book. Generally 2 x 3 panels to one page. So far this is a draft, and so I will eventually need to insert a new panel here and there in the page(s). I am hoping that there is a way to just shoe horn the new panel in the chronological order of panels and then the rest of the panels throughout the story will automatically be pushed to the right, like typing in the middle of a sentence in Microsoft Word and the rest of the document is pushed to the right.
Yes, I’ve looked into auto-flow, but so far I can only see the use of that for reflowing elements on a single page.

This is something I would never have figured out myself, or figured out what words to Google with (I’ve tried!), in a hundred years.
