Some (but only some) hyperlinks have been accidentally removed in a very long document. However the original anchor text still exists, and still has a character style applied to it. I need to produce a list of the items of text that are visually styled as a hyperlink but have no actual hyperlink applied.

Say for instance my document contained five items of text A, B, C, D and E styled with either the “more-info” or the “even-more-info” character style. Any text in these two character styles should be a hyperlink. But only A, C and D actually have hyperlinks applied. Is there a way to use a script to generate a list (or an alert) that says: B and E

Then we can search manually for the incorrect instances and insert the correct hyperlink. In our case it’s not possible to add the hyperlinks automatically as the URLs are not the anchor text. But it would save an enormous amount of time to be able to go directly to the text missing a hyperlink rather than checking all the instances of the two character styles manually (there are 1,000s).

Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated!
