Hello
Kindly if you can help me, it will be greatI did an epub using indesign for a book of 300 pages in english
and it worked greatI have the same book that should be done in arabic.. i did the sames steps like the english
and problems has been showing
After struggling and researching.. i solved some of them
However there are 2 more things im not knowing how to solve them
one of them is the cutting of the text in each page of the epub
i then discovered that dividing the whole text box into several text box in indesign can help the text show without cutting
However each text box after exporting it to epub is in a new page instead of being under each other..
Every text box that i’ve made is making a new page in epub.. like a page break or somethingKindly do you have an idea how to stop the text box from transforming a new page? Is there anything i should add in order to prevent it
I’ve checked the Keep Options from the paragraph panel in the fly menu.. and it is written start paragraphs: anywhere
as for Object export Option dialog, i only used it for images and i used insert image break on the first 2 images of the bookIs there another way in the export or another panel that can solve the cause of having these page breaks?
or while exporting can i add javascript that deletes page breaks in every text box?
Hope to hear from you soon
Thank you

I don’t know if anyone ever responded to you about this, but it sounds as if, by putting the text into individual frames, instead of linking the frames so the text flows from one frame to the next, you have created the individual page breaks?
Individual, unlinked frames become divs in the xhtml files, and depending on how you export to EPUB, may end up in individual xhtml files, which might account for your separate pages?
I’d need to see your files to know if this is the case. You may have already resolved this on your own, but I’d be happy to take a look if you’d like.
