Hi,
When I create a new document with multiple pages (CS6) I’m having the odd pages (1,3,5,..) at left in the Pages panel and the even ones (2,4,6,..) at right !! Whatever is the document presets, the result is all time the same ! This is making me crazy, I find in internet that a lot of people complain about the same problem but …inversely !! I mean they wanted to have ‘my situation’ because the default presets in IND CS6 is to have the odd pages at right and the others at left. I didn’t make any modifications or presets, all the settings are still default ones. I’m using Northafrica version 8.0.
Thanks in advance for your help.
ps: Is there a way to add photos to our topics for explanation (screenshots) ?
I have never heard of a “North Africa” version of InDesign. But it sounds like perhaps you have a middle-eastern version, and the document direction is set right-to-left.
Thanks for your reply David,
yes it’s a ME-NA version. You gave me an idea to optimize my search and I just found the solution !
I had just to change the ‘Binding’ in the New document panel and it works perfectly !
Thanks for your help !
PS: shall I mark this topic as ‘solved’ ? How can I do this. Thanks.
I’m glad that worked!
No need to mark as solved. :-)
