  1. That Cmd-tilde thing… I’m guessing that’s a standard document-switching kbsc on Mac? (OS X isn’t running currently so I can’t check it.)

    On Windows it’s Ctl-Tab to switch among open tabs/documents within an application — InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Notepad (okay, not Notepad). Although Ctl-~ also works, I never use it because the Tab key is easier to reach, Ctl-Tab is standard in the OS, and it pairs with Alt-Tab to switch among applications.
