Since you made your podcast, Adobe posted an AppleScript which makes it a bit less geeky to fix the 2012 Macs bug in InDesign. And, by the way, it’s not just in InDesign CS6. It can also happen in CS5 and 5.5 (and even CS4 though a fix hasn’t been developed for it as well yet).
