  1. Only one question; those this index remains active in an EPUB? So if you export a Indesign file with index to EPUB. To be honest, it’s not that I can not do it myself, but maybe someone who reads this reply knows the answer… So I do not need to re-invent the wheel ;) As we would say in the Dutch; “rather lazy than tired”.
