How to Create Preflight Profiles in InDesign

In this how-to video, Khara Plicinic shows how to make sure your InDesign file fits within a set of parameters for what is or is not allowed. By setting up preflight profiles, you can—for instance—make sure that your file only allows a specific color mode, isn’t missing fonts, doesn’t have overset text, or doesn’t violate any other rules you put into place.

This video is an excerpt from Khara’s “Get Up to Speed with InDesign” session at CreativePro Week 2022. To find out more about this amazing annual event, check out https://creativeproweek.com.
