Ever wish you could quickly locate all the tables in an InDesign document? You can with the help of Unicode and Find/Change. The trick is just to search for the Unicode character that InDesign uses to mark tables in the flow of a text frame. And that code is <0016>. Use it in the Text section of the Find/Change dialog box.
This way, you could instantly change the position of any/all tables, copy them for use elsewhere, locate them for reference, manual editing, etc. Sadly, I don’t think there’s a way to use the same Unicode value in a GREP Find/Change, but I’d love to be proved wrong.

indeed will ONLY work with Text Find/Change. The GREP expression \x{0016} will NOT work.
