  1. I have a membership account with you and I try to dld ”InDesign 101” ,but I just don’t get how to do it. Am I missing something? I hav eon this before, but now it does not work…

    • Janice: Do you mean you cannot read this article all the way? Or you cannot download the PDF on the magazine issue page?

      We have noticed that some people who have premium memberships need to log out and log back in on the site in order to “goose” the site into giving them the right permissions. If that still doesn’t work, email the address in Anne-Marie’s note above.
