Poll Results: How many conferences have you been to?
Hey folks, it’s time once again to review the results of a poll and launch a new one.
This past month, we asked: How many conferences devoted to graphic design and/or publishing have you been to?
The results showed that most of you have yet to attend a conference. In fact, almost two-thirds of respondents have never been to a conference. About 27% have been to a few shows (1–5). And less than 5% of respondents frequently go to conferences (10 or more).
Here’s a chart showing the results.
Hopefully, many of you (and especially the folks in the “Never Been” category) will be able to join us at CreativePro Week 2019 in Seattle. And if you need help convincing your boss to send you, check out this PDF.
New poll: Besides InDesign, which elements of the Creative Cloud do you use on a regular basis?
Creative Cloud subscribers: we know you use InDesign—otherwise, you probably wouldn’t be looking at this website right now. But a lot of other stuff comes along with a CC subscription. And we’d like to know which other elements of the Creative Cloud you use regularly. Are you also a pixel pusher? A vector stretcher? Can’t imagine life without Bridge or CC Libraries? Let us know! It’s a long list of apps and services, so please be sure to select all that apply!
Maybe a more important question: Of those that have attended conferences, did you actually find the conference valuable and worth the investment of time and money to attend.
I use Acrobat DC a lot to create and edit order forms but it’s not on your list.
I use PhotoShop and Acrobat a lot with InDesign, also Fonts (asset). Wistfully wish I could get around to using at least one more of the apps included in package.
