2 columns for dual text book

I want to auto flow text in 1 language into the left column of one page. And the translated text into the right column. I am willing to do what it takes to line up the translation. But want to auto flow the large amounts of texts into the desired columns. Not really finding anything that addresses that. Thanks for any ideas. Jake
