2 lines text automatic to 1 line

  Is there a possibility to automatically change text that is on 2 lines to 1 line?

  Can you be more specific?
  
  Are those text lines in separate text boxes, or threaded? Are they some kind of heads or regular text?
  
  Do you want to increase the size of the text box to fit, or make the type smaller to fit the box?
  
  Is is text boxes or table cells?

  The text is in 1 text box (with paragraph styles).
  
  I want to lower the text size it is’t in 2 lines

  So are you looking to auto-fit the text to the width of the box? Like if you type 1 extra letter, the whole line goes down by 1 or 2 pts?
