Hey Folks,
Just started using InDesign and Bridge for Yearbook.I am dealing with thousands of files and a lot of subfolders etc so I love the batch processing feature in Bridge. Here is my question:
When I batch process a bunch of files (to rename etc) and I use the COPY TO LOCATION option, is there a way I can have Bridge remake the folder the current file exists in, but in my target location, and then put the batch processed files there?
Example: I have 200 files in a folder called ExteriorShots on the server, and I want Bridge to batch process my 10 selected shots by making a new folder called ExteriorShots in my local project folder, and put those files in this new folder.
Thoughts?
Cheers,
Shari
K I took another route… Swithced over to the PC side and Used Bulk File Renamer. Good thing too, as I could change the case of my files there too, which will help me quickly build my index file in excel. Thanks all!
