Cannot print fonts from Indesign, but can from Acrobat

Hi! For a couple of weeks I’ve had a weird problem with Indesign. I’m not sure whether it started since a specific update, but I have narrowed it down to not being able to print non-standard fonts from Indesign.
I’m working on Windows, and for a while I have not been able to print any document (old and new) directly from Indesign when I have used any of the non-standard system fonts. Documents where I only use system fonts are fine. I work with a font manager (NexusFont), but I have also tried installing fonts directly in Windows, but to no avail. Indesign will say it has sent my document to the printer, but when I check the printer log, no document has ever arrived. This does not happen with my second printer.
However, my current workaround is to export the file to PDF, and print it from Acrobat, which works just fine.
Anybody else with the same problem?
