Exclusive Checkboxes Not Exporting

Hey! I have created a set of exclusive checkboxes in InDesign for an interactive PDF form, where by I only want the user to be able to select one option from the set. I give each checkbox the same name/description and then each a different export value.
However when I export the interactive PDF only the first checkbox from each set/grouping is appearing on the PDF. It was previously working fine, then I updated InDesign and now this is happening and can’t figure out how to resolve it. I cleared my preferences, tried a reinstall but still no resolution.

This seems to be a bug that was introduced in the latest CC 2015.4 release. Someone complained on the site already: https://creativepro.com/topic/indesign-cc-2015-4-form-issue
I’m afraid you’ll have to use regular radio buttons.
