When exporting as Interactive PDF the file size ends up being around 170mb which is way too big.
The indesign document contains 90 pages and each page contains the same linked pdf exposing different sections of a map. The map pdf has no images just vectors. The only way I have been able to reduce the exported file size is by exporting a page at a time then opening it in Illustrator and re-save without Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities and without Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers. Then merge all of these individually modified pages into a single pdf with the result file size of around 20Mb. Is there a better way of doing this?
