GREP for Widows?

I know how to get rid of orphans with GREP, but is there anyway to describe less than one line of text that appears at the top of a page, continuing from a paragraph from the previous page?
Or do I just continue the good-ole manual way?

You cannot do that with GREP (grep cannot see position on the page) but you can adjust that with Keep Lines Together in Keep Options:
