Hi Everyone!
I’m working on compiling a book which contains illustrations by different artists.
I need to create a table of figures sorted by artist and some have contributed more than one piece of artwork.
This gives me duplicates if I try to use styles to generate a table.
I’m trying to make it look like:
Artist name
artwork title 1 pg.#
artwork title 2 pg.# (note that they are not always sequential as they are scattered around the book)
but instead I’m getting:
Artist name
artwork title 1 pg.#
Artist name
artwork title 2 pg.#
I’m using paragraph styles to do this but I can change over to some other method if there’s a better solution.
Any help would be appreciated!
Might be better handled by an index instead of a table of contents.
