      Hi,

I have created a reflowable epub that works almost 100% correct. The only problem I have left to fix are the images in the book. It is a didactic book and the images that I have laid out between paragraphs do not remain in place. Once the document is exported, the images go to the last page.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

      Thank you very much.

sounds to me like you need to be doing a fixed layout. I do book with lots of photos and reflowable can’t handle it in my opinion. Check out the software CircularFLO

Are your images anchored in the text box between paragraph? If not that would cause them to go to the end of the last page.

      Yeah. What Aaron said!

Whilst it is always nice to see a recommendation for CircularFLO, thanks George ;) I would necessarily advise a move away from reflowable to fixed layout.

Having said that, there is a lot wrong with InDesign EPUB exports and CircularFLO is fixing them in a major update this Spring which improves reflowable as well as fixed layout ebooks. Finally, it was a mistake in the anchorage. They weren’t. Something simple.
Thank you very much for your help. I will look at the CircularFLO. It seems like an interesting tool.
