      Hello,

I have a question and I’ve been looking all over the place to see if I could find a solution to it. I’m a designer that deals with hundreds of schools and logos and artwork at a time. We use InDesign to send out our packages to our clients. We embed our artwork in one of the pages on InDesign and make it at 100%. To double check that this is indeed at 100% we have a check box overlaying it that checks itself automatically when the artwork was indeed 100%. If it isn’t the check box doesn’t check. What I was wondering was is there a way for indesign to pop up a dialog box when closing a file to alert me that the check box isn’t met. This will allow us to have reduced error when sending files over to region with incorrect sized artwork. I know this sounds incredibly confusing and I’ll feel free to explain better if anybody wants. Thanks so much again for any help.

How do you get the checkbox over the image to check itself when the artwork is 100%? That sounds like some third-party software you have installed.

It’s variable data added to a text box. I can’t post photos here to show you what I’m talking about?

You can post photos on one of many image sharing sites out there, including IMGUR or dropbox, etc,. and then just post the link here.

I can see how you could do this with a Live Caption, but you’d only see a percentage… not a checkbox. I’m curious how you get a checkbox!
