Moving all Objects on all Pages of a InDesign Document

Hi InDesign proffesionals,
I have a very serious problem. All of the suddon all objects on a very big InDesign document (700 pages) are shiftet 5 mm verticaly.
I dont know how this happend. I am guessing I did hit a key combination that did this or that startet a script.Is there a Script that can move every object and every help line (guide) to a specific value on all paged of the document except the master pages?
I apprechiate every help.

Mike, I’m sorry, I don’t know of such a script. I wonder if you accidentally changed the height of the document (File > Document Setup)? I would check that just to make sure. Or even the individual document pages… it is possible you had them all selected, had the Page tool active, and changed the height there.
I don’t know any other way to get *everything* shifted up across hundreds of pages.

I’ve written such a script [a little more complex] some years ago for a client but it wasn’t for free!
