Hello,
I currently use the excellent Page Exporter Utility script to create versioned pdf files for some of my B2B online stores. However, I have a couple of files that need 37 versions and when I run the script it is to tall for my screen, so I can not see all of the options.
Would anyone happen to know how to add a scroll bar, or even make the font smaller on the dialog box so that I can use more layers?
Not sure if you’ve read Peter Kahrel’s Script UI guide: https://www.kahrel.plus.com/indesign/scriptui.html
You will need to replace the dropdownlist with a listbox… as I found lately, there’s no real way of controlling a dropdownlist length like this, but it should work with a listbox (p24 of the guide)
Colin,
Thanks for taking the time out to answer. I was actually hoping that someone else had already had and fixed this issue, but I guess it is probably a pretty rare thing to have so many layers.
I have not read the Script UI guide you kindly gave a link for. Although I am sure it is excellent, I have no intention of learning another language at this time. At this point I will continue using my current work around and will eventually rewrite what I need in applescript.
