Hi there,
Greetings.
We have several Pagemaker files. Slowly converting them to Indesign. Text in PM files have Footnotes. When we open the PM files in ID, texts are realigned based on the new fonts. But, the Footnotes are not tied to the Footnote Reference Numbers in the text. We need to manually create a new Footnote number and copy/paste the Footnotes. Is there any simple/automated solutions for this?
Only InDesign before CC can convert PM-files correct, and only PM files version 6.5-7.0. What versions do you use/convert?
Perhaps you should use an older version og InDesign :)
