I have a 400-page document and have to highlight all instances of certain words and send only those pages with highlighted text to my boss.I usually have to go through it all and write down the page numbers and then make a pdf choosing only those page numbers. Its a long drawn out task.
Is there a quicker more efficient way to only print those pages that have highlighted text?
Thanks for any feedback you can give!
Best
Robert
Hi Robert,
Supposing you highlight words with a char style named “Boss” …
Supposing you have defined a pdf export preset you’ve called “Print_HD” …
Supposing you decide to save the pdf on the desktop with the name “ForMyDearBoss” …
Yes, there’s a easier way: do it in 1 click!

Cooler!
• Write [or not] your Grep Code
• Select [or not] a Para Style
• Select [or not] a Char Style
• Select [or not] a Condition
… And Get a PDF with only the pages with what the Script Found!
