      Is is possible to remove or unlink paragraph styles without losing the formatting? I need to combine different pages into one file but some of the styles have the same name. It’s not necessary to have the text linked to styles, the formatting is already and don’t need to be modified later…

      I guess i could make all new styles with different names but removing or unlinking them would be easier/faster.

      I just realised that making new styles isn’t necessary, i can just rename the current ones, but there are a lot of them, so a faster solution would still be better.

      You can use the “Break Link to Style” feature in the paragraph styles panel (and the character styles panel).

      Delete styles and replace them with “main style” with check “preserve formatting”.
      I am not sure with expressions, I havent InDesign in english.
