      Hi all,

      I have a series of data merges coming up where the number of fields in the data will vary for example

      Set of data 1 has

      Time 1
      Time 2
      Time 3

      Set of data 2 has

      Time 1
      Time 2
      Time 4

      Because the data is being merged to quite a complex document (I am going to have one base document which has the maximum number of fields I am going to recieve),is there a script/or a way where I can add new data source and remove unused data placeholders?

      Thanks for the quick reply David.

      My main problem is when I am updated data some of my placeholders are not in the new data?

      So I have to manually go through and check each placeholder is present in my data

      I tried the below

      A Solution to Finding Bad Placeholders

      but it shows all of my hyperlinks as bad?
