      how do I style an interactive drop down list so it has the same style as the rest of the table in my document. I know it can be done in PDF but that means I have to update every time I update the document and the document will be frequently updated? The default is Times or something and my text is sans serif so it looks horrid.

      For now it can only be done with a 3rd-party app such as our https://www.id-extras.com/products/formmagic

      thanks. have downloaded the free version to test out. It does seem a bit crazy though that InDesign allows us to add interactivity and then does not allow us to apply styling to it!

      There are a lot of “unfinished” features in InDesign — but it is being actively improved all the time.
