I’m working on a book for a client that is just under 1,200 pages. I’ve run many a Table of Contents, but this time it runs until the point where it asks if I want to include overset text. I select no, and InDesign just spins it’s wheels and the Task Manager on my computer says that InDesign has stopped responding. I’m getting desperate here. Any advice? I’ve already recreated the TOC, and no luck.
