I was checking DaisyDisk to see what i could clean on my MacBook pro. I noticed tons of TMP files in this
`
/private/var/folders/p1/RANDOMCHARACTERSFOLDER
`
IT was 750mb of leftover tmp files. I guess these are save to delete right? There are weird characters in there and sometimes readable parts. I also noticed that today such file was created while i didnt use Indesign??

Very strange, but I don’t know if those are actually part of InDesign, or related to InDesign. I wonder if it is some other utility you are using that is capturing data?
Similar files described here in a 2019 post:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/heavy-old-recovery-files/td-p/10381087
where an Adobe person says they are recovery files and can be deleted if you can successfully open the corresponding InDesign files.
Don’t know if that helps.
